Update all the cases I monitor for july 17th got rfe or approval but us.

So,

I just called CSC. July 17th filler here.

Tier 2 told me "ooh You filled a service request in March 9, so wait 120 days to call us and don't bother call again."

Then when I mentionned it was 9 months I was waiting with my kid asking everyday she said "I don't have access to Your file anyway."

So in fact applying again looks like a better solution than staying in the black hole forever since now You wait 4 or 5 months max. In 4 months all I can expect is calling to hear "Do You want to fill a service request?"

I got an RFE today. It's something!!!

I am so glad that at least they finally touch my case. I had already thought, they flushed it down the toilet or something.

We should hear anything soon from them, my fiance is waiting for the letter of what evidences they need more from us.

Anyone knows of how long you will get the letter from USCIS since the day you are notified? I am using lawyer service, will they send it to my lawyer or to my fiance directly?

Hang on guys.. the boat is starting to sail!!!

Am glad you heard something at last :) Did your fiance use a lawyer? If he did then I guess the RFE would go to them. I am not certain. We haven;t got that far yet.

Yes, he uses a lawyer. I will keep it posted so that if anyone else get an RFE they can learn from my experience. I hope you will get any news soon.

Hi There,

I got an RFE too during the NOA2 process (I'm using a lawyer also) It took almost 2 weeks to get the notice( If its taking more than 15 days you can call USCIS)Only my lawyer received the RFE.

We got our NOA2 e-mail today approving our petition (24 July NOA1). So July petitions do seem to be worked on.
