No and unlikely this week as CSC is closed because of plumbing problems:

Maybe they've been trying to flush our petitions down their toilets!

Dang really!?

Business as usual!

This made me laugh in an ironic and mirthless way:

USCIS does not anticipate any delays due to the closure

But delays due to the Dream Act......

OMG guys! Our petition was approved!!! :) I can't even tell you how happy I am! I'm shaking, my heart's racing!

I so hope that all of your petitions will be approved soon, too!!! I thought this day would never come. Now let's hope this means CSC is finally doing they're job again.

Oh - I am so, so happy for you. That is so great - one of us guys from July who has been stuck has been approved. Our NOA1 is 6 days earlier than yours but, of course, we already know that they're not doing them in order.

Your approval has given me renewed hope (also means they've retrieved the petitions from the toilet).

Oh - by the way, how did you find out? E-mail, text or checking the USCIS website?

I found out by checking our case status on the website. I immediately called my fiancé (woke him up hihi) and told him...he hadn't received any text or email notification at that point. Maybe he'll get it in the morning, I'll let you know.
