I believe this is for the folks who submit a new application. I think that this basically means that once they submit their initial application, the online case status information will not update right away and it could take 30-45days for it to actually show up.

Yep, I think you're right...

They have been saying there working in July 18 for 2 months. I'm a July 27 filler anyone else that day that has got there NOA2

Is that the actual date of your NOA1? Your timeline suggests that was the date that you sent your I-129F.

We submitted our I-129F on 20 July and our NOA1 is dated 24 July. We have not had our NOA2 yet (and we're both going crazy about it).

209 days here! :(

Hi there,

I am sorry to see all these people waiting for more than 200 days. Your NOA2 is on the horizon, hopefully it will be coming very soon.

Did you place in a service request or tried to seek help from your senator/congressman?

Cheers.

Our lawyer has put in a service request - I may ask my fiance (the USC) to seek help from his senator or congressman.

203 days here…

Hey, just out of curiosity: what are all of you guys' wedding plans?

We're getting married on June 15th, and I'm kinda afraid that, with the visa process taking this long, I won't make it over there until a few days before the wedding :(

Adjustment of Status:

07/09/2013 filed AOS/EAD/AP

07/15/2013 NOAs

08/07/2013 AOS RFE

08/09/2013 Biometrics

08/17/2013 RFE response received at NBC

09/11/2013 EAD/AP in production

09/19/2013 received EAD/AP

11/18/2013 potential interview waiver case notification

03/17/2014 Greencard approved and in production

Don't set a wedding date until after your visa approval. Many are waiting past 7 months just for a NOA2.
