6 months and 11 days here. I spoke to our lawyer this afternoon and he's going to chase it up with a service request. He said that he has seen approvals slowing down - he said that the officers have extra caseload at the moment.

204 days here. Wrote to congressman for help last week, still no news.

OMG really?..my fiance submitted last dec.05,12 but untill now NO NOA1 received : (

Wow that other post of mine is over 6 months old...my fiancee already has her visa. She is coming here next week.

You should have your noa1 already, usually only takes a week or 2.

Hello all. I called USCIS today to gather the current status information. I have been advised that they are currently working on the July 2, 2012 applications. My NOA1 date is July 30, 2012 so I am assuming that it will be about another 28 days or so when I receive any word on my application status. 7 months for the VSC national average appears to be a bit high.... Waiting....

I went to their website and don't see anything about July 18. I see that they changed the average processing time for CSC to 5.5 months though.

Maybe they are talking about this... My link

They are both so slow. This is taking forever... We should hear something by the end of the month. Crossing fingers.

Today, we officially belong to the "200+club" , sad to say but it's the truth. I'm not losing hope though. Waiting and getting anxious is all part of this waiting game but I know in the end, it will be worth it. Seeing other VJ members getting approved is enough for me to have stronger faith. We all need to keep a positive mind and hold on to our faith. One thing is for sure... God listens to the yearning of our hearts. Good luck to us all and may we have good news this month. Cheers! good.gifstar_smile.gifkicking.gif

that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds.
And that's what you've given me. That's what I'd hoped to give you forever."

Did anyone else out there check their case status and see the below message today???

"Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives."???

206 days for us today... :(

I believe this is for the folks who submit a new application. I think that this basically means that once they submit their initial application, the online case status information will not update right away and it could take 30-45days for it to actually show up.
