My fiancee called them last month and he told the operator to transfer us to tier 2 but the tier 1 declined to do it instead my fiancee asked him how can we submit a service request and then the tier 1 told us that he can make it for us..

So he needs to get to the operator first, right? what number to press would that be?

:crying::bonk: I filed in july and got our notice of acceptance on july 24th. nothing since then. I've even tried to request an expedite, they sent a RFE supposedly that i never recieved in november and then another one in december that we replied to. =( i think my adjucating officer is being ridiculous. it's sad that this process is taking so long.

Hi everybody...i have a question that hopefully somebody can enlighten me with.

Our NOA1 date was July 26, my fiance called yesterday for an update and he was told that they were waiting for clearance from IRS and that he may

be subkected for 'audit'the personnel said it was something that they do randomly, and didn't give him

any instructions on what he should do about this. Though my fiance isnt worried because he said he's confident eh doesn't have any issues with his taxes

and things like that but he said he will compile his ITRs if ever he might be called up or asked to be asked to provide them at any day now.

has anybody encountered something like this? He wasn't asked to do something he was just informed with it.

Also, if they said they're waiting for clearance from IRS and things like that can that mean our papers have actually been already touched? (sorry guys if my questions would appear kinda silly just really getting more anxious as the days go by)

Thank you in advance. GOD BLESS US ALL :innocent:

we are now expecting our first baby! :goofy: (L) :dancing: (F) :star:  :jest:

This is silly. My fiance called two weeks ago and they said they are working on application from 16th July. If that's their speed then I'll get my Noa2 on March. Sigh.....

For all who are just like me. Wanting to know why CSC has been dragging their feet. Here, may shed some light to all of us.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/408480-csc-k1s-delayed-at-least-two-months/

To quote :

Hi everyone, a bit of bad news if you filed a K1 with the California Service Center, I called them in regards to possibly expediting my case due to a medical emergency, a very friendly supervisor explained that they are running at least EIGHT weeks behind for June, July, August and September filers, and that their anticipated NOA2 approval time is now a minimum of seven months. Apparently most of the adjudicators have been pulled to deal with a backlog of Obama's Dream Act cases allowing children of illegal immigrants to obtain access to work permits which they have been flooded with, just bad timing I guess. All K1's filed in Spring of 2011 were approved within 100 days. I'll update this info if I hear back from them in regards to my expedite request, but plan on a minimum of seven months for a NOA2.

So... we know now why CSC has been soooo slow..

Best wishes for all of us..
