My babe just called our lawyer and he said since this is holiday season so everything is just slowing down. He said they should start to catch things up now that the holiday is over. I hope this is true. We have passed the 5 months frame. Still no NOA2. For all those who still waiting for NOA2, best luck for all of us.

Happy New Year everyone!

we have to call them tomorrow guys..

My fiance will call in 3 hours!

He will ask kindly if they is any problems or whatever because in the website (from USCIS) says CSC takes 5 months to process the I-129F Petition. So..

Hi there. Just wondering if your Fiance have called USCIS and what happened? My Fiance called them last Dec. 28, 2012 before fliying here to Manila and was told to wait for 5-10 more days.

Any updates that could enlighten everyone would be great. Thank you!

So he called and they said that August fillers are waiting 4 months so we should wait this month (January)any paper. And I said from August only now it's 6 months! But they explained to him that they didn't count August they start counting from September. Duh

Thank you for the information. I'm a July 23rd filer and we're past beyond 5 months and still waiting. Maybe I will ask my Fiance to call them back tomorrow and will update everyone what will they tell him. I know we all have to be patient with all this waiting game but it wouldn't hurt to at least have an idea on what is really going on with CSC. :help: Good luck to all of us!

I'm past 6 months now... July 2 CSC filer

I'll be patient to get whatever finally comes... But to wait and not a clue as to what is going on or how much longer I must wait is ludicrous

I read in the forum some members say if it's taking so long it may be RFE's too... Is this true? I'm so down right now :(

Maybe they got approved faster through expedite processing. Not sure though

No, not necessarily. I've checked around our receipt number and they are all for NOA1s on the same date (24 July) and none of them have been approved. I think we are just unfortunate with our timing. It's galling as I know of someone who filed exactly a month before us who moved permanently to the US from the UK just before Christmas.

Wow I hope you all get your approvals soon. Hang in there, this wait will all be worth it. Only thing I can suggest if you haven't already, is to put in a service request.
