Congrats!!

You don't have to wait 30 days. 5 is enough.

He needs to call back and tell them he has called other times regarding te same issue. And I they won't fill one out he needs to ask for a tier 2 supervisor.

If he calls and gets thru the normal check - he should then select 2 I believe it is which will put him to a service person

NOA2 I'm still waiting.... I'm not playing hide and seek anymore

:-)

as fasr As I know putting up a service request dont gurantee you that youwill have noa2 soon actually youll have to filled up new paper for that SR and wait for another 60 days again :)thats what my frirnd told me..all we can do is to call and call and call again

I called today. Still processing July 16th

Hi Cocoadiva! We have the same timeline and we are still waiting for NOA2 as well. My fiance called them last week and he was told that they're processing July 16.

He's gonna call them back again this week before he get on a plane to spend the New Year here in Manila with me. I've been praying so hard but right now I'm getting a lil hopeless.

May we all get some good news really soon.

Hi Freyja1208! Really that is cool. I guess we all have to wait patiently. B-) Amy

Yes Amy, patience...patience...and more patience! We need tons of that

Hello Happy New Year! We just received a response from uscis about the service request we submit last Dec.18 regarding our status that is still pending and the letter says that our case has been adjudicated and they will try their best to approve those applicants that are beyond, considering the large volume of filers. I don't know if it helps our case,or they did try to look at it, but at least we tried to submit a service request even though were still not in a 5 months due, that we called them. But the letter does not contain any days for us to wait for that approval or decision but were still hoping and looking forward that it will be soon...

I am wondering the same thing. The 5 months range has passed for us. And I just don't know what to do. Should we call? And what does a service request help us? I just want to .. You know... Find out what is really happening..

We quietly and (somewhat) patiently waited. We didn't even bother calling, as according to our VJ timeline...our estimated date of adjudication wasn't under the 29th. We figured when that window passed we would look into contacting USCIS. Personally, I would say if you are still within the estimated VJ adjudication timeframe, just wait. (IMHO of course :innocent: )

Best of luck to you ALL!
