I called earlier today. Our petition is just a day over the 5 months. The lady told me USCIS CSC is processing July 16 now. Has anyone else been told that?

How do you get a service request? My fiance called the other day. And he is just not a phone person. He got so confused. Lol.. Poor him.. What numbers to press? So that he can talk to an officer or anyone? Thanks!

I just opened my email. NOA2 is on it's way.

Gareth got on his plane 3 hours ago to spend Christmas & New Year with me. I can't wait to see what he says, when I tell him we are approved!!

Hope you all hear good news about your files soon!!

Congratulations! That is such a great Christmas present for you. Please ask Gareth to post in the 'Yes, you can travel' thread when he finds time so that other people know that it's okay to travel whilst going through the K1 process.

Wow, what a surprise when he gets off that plane! Great timing. And he'll get to take all the important documents that he'll need back with him ;) Have a great time together.

You don't have to wait 30 days. 5 is enough.

He needs to call back and tell them he has called other times regarding te same issue. And I they won't fill one out he needs to ask for a tier 2 supervisor.

If he calls and gets thru the normal check - he should then select 2 I believe it is which will put him to a service person

NOA2 I'm still waiting.... I'm not playing hide and seek anymore

Dear CSC,

Today is completing 5 months since we filed. Please work on it!! :-/

We have the same timeline and we're still waiting, too. My Fiance called USCIS last week and he talked to a tier 2. He was told that they're processing

July 16th and we should wait for for another week. We really can't do anything right now but to wait a lil more and keep calling them. I wish CSC will approve us really soon.

Just hang in there and have a Merry Christmas! God will hear our prayers.:star:

that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds.
And that's what you've given me. That's what I'd hoped to give you forever."
