Hi all! I've been a silent reader for a while but finally decided to register. Wishing everyone good luck!

I see you got an RFE (that's too bad), but easily fixable I hope. Well, at least your case was looked at and processed. The rest of us just keep waiting for something, anything! Anyways, welcome to VJ!

We just want our NOA2 sad.gif We really hoped to get it after 70-80 days as June Filers.

Does somebody know what's happening with CSC? There have been almost no approvals in October.

I checked on csc a few times over the month and yes they seem to be almost at a halt. Perhaps they are working on other file types now and are just slow to update on the website. Idk what else would explain the lack of approvals. Perhaps this is the beginnings of a switch between csc and vsc speeds, that seems to happen once or twice a year based on records. Like with vsc that was speeding along and suddenly bam nothing. Obvi I'm just guessing here, none of this makes sense, perhaps it's dumb to try and make sense of it. If it is a switch, which I had hope for, I'm now kind of sad for future csc filers who could experience longer wait.

On the upside guys, relax. You're all still next, whatever we speculate might be happening, it's not like you're gonna be waiting months and months, just a few more weeks is all.

I feel like a stick in the mud...no where to go, nothing to do but wait. It does feel like a standstill. I wonder if they're all busy working on the dream act applications and have put our petitions on the back burner? Igor's list says July 17 petitions are being processed, but I see no approvals and a large chunk of July petitions still outstanding!
