We are now within our timeline dates and I'm getting very nervous that CSC doesn't seem to be approving much at the moment. It's nerve wracking!!!!!

Met online - July 19, 2011

First Visit to California - November 24, 2011

Second Visit to California with my children - March 22, 2012

Third visit Chris came to Australia - June 9, 2012

Got engaged - June 9, 2012

Sent I-129F - July 13, 2012

Received at Dallas Lockbox - July 17, 2012

It looks like CSC stopped approving these past few days. hopefully soon! we really have to keep positive thoughts open.

My timeline is between 22nd to 27th of October. But now I am more focused on the NOA1 date since I believe that's the fact I can hold on to now. My lawyer definitely did not send the petition on the 18th! Shame on him.. :bonk:

My fiance has spent so much money to pay him. I am sad if I think about this. But oh well!!! Best luck to all of you and congrats to AWS&NDD. Hope you get a good interview and get the visa!!! :D Good luck for all of us July filers!!!!

You drive yourself crazy that way! I check the case status twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening!
