"Un-watch" topics

There are a couple of topics/threads that I have posted in that I no longer have any interest in. Is there a way to remove them from the list of threads that show up if I click on "My content"?

oh I see. Those are not watched topics. Those are threads you have posted in. I don't think there is a way to delete those...

No, there isn't a way to remove previous content. If these topics are ones in which you don't want to have a personal situation discussed, we can remove the posts from view but they would still be there and viewable by administration. No longer having interest in them, however, doesn't count as a valid reason to remove them from view as others may have an interest and use for the posted material. VJ is a shared experiential forum so when we post it is with the understanding that the information is and will remain public unless there are extenuating circumstances.

There's definitely no reason for you guys to delete the threads or anything. Nor do I feel any need to delete any posts of mine. It's not a big deal, I was just wondering If I could "stop getting updates" from those particular threads. But if that doesn't work, it's not the end of the world.

so you are getting updates from these threads you have posted in? maybe check your settings here...

Settings >> Notification Options - if you scroll down you will see settings for "Topic & Posts"
