Hi Friends

Tomorrow is my interview. Here is list of docs i have.

Beneficiary

1) Letter of intent to marry

2) Interview Letter from embassy

3) Fees receipt

4) Police learance certificatae

5) Birth Certifictae

6) Death certificate of my exhusband

7) Two passport photos

For k2 visa

1) Birth certificate

2) Fathers death certificate

3) Two passport photos

For petitioner

1) Letter of intent to marry

2) Affidavit of support

3) Letter from employer cinfirming his job & salary

4) Tax transcript for last 3 years

and some evidence of ralationship

Now my question is I have copied of all my docs. Do i need copies of petitioner docs as well.I need only advice please not harsh comments by some experienced members.

April 30th 2011 Met in Las Vegas, NV at Paris Resort and Casino

June 4th 2012 Mailed I-129F from Salt Lake City, UT to Dallas, TX

June 6th 2012 Received in Dallas

June 11th 2012 Text/E-mail of NOA1

June 14th 2012 Received hardcopy of NOA1

August 16th 2012 Received text/e-mail of NOA2

August 27th 2012 NVC received petition

Sep 3rd 2012 Received Packet 3 from London Embassy

I think you pretty much have the main basis covered, if you have additional items and Original's usualy are good.

For example some peopel list taking in the NOA1 and NOA2?... i dont think they need those because they sent them to you anyways.

OH yeah you should get a copy of the petitioners passport, showing the stamp of the entery and exit. Good way to prove that you have met.
