Reporting criminals waiting to immigrate

I know it is possible to report fraud to the USCIS, but this it not a case of fraud. Instead, it's a case of my aunt filing to sponsor her sister in Vietnam, who was a known madam years ago. This sister's two daughters married two of the most well known mafia boys. Recently, one of the daughters made a threat to my mother on facebook based on false rumors. I promptly deleted them off my friends list, but not before taking screen captures of what was said. Is it possible to report this family to USCIS based on the fact that their family is linked to organized crime?

If her criminal record is clean it doesn't matter to Uscis what you have to say about her.

Do you have any concrete proof of this? Something the consulate could independently verify?
