No one really has any clear answers as to why they are so slow. I will say there is now a 2/2 VSC approval listed now which gives me hope that they are at least getting some done and perhaps moving forward, though our January friends will remind you there are MANY that remain unprocessed. It's heartbreaking and unfair, but pretty much out of our control.crying.gif

I feel certain that they will allow themselves only to get so far behind before dumping extra resources to catch up and keep their numbers in check. The question becomes how far behind is too far for them?unsure.gif

See my post:

I feel we may find the remains of Amelia Earhart before any of these questions are answered. huh.gif

Maybe we have some hope that things will speed up! I'm really hoping I'm lucky to be a September approval, let's see how that goes! Fingers cross that VSC will pick up! At one point I was happy of being there now I'm just like hoping that eventually they will catch up...:blush:

I filed last September and this April. Both at California.

Last September it took over 6 months for my petition got touched (Vermont was taking 3 months). My petition from this April should be adjudicated by the end of this month (3 months-ish).

Point is, they switch back and forth with which center is faster throughout the year. You guys pulled the short straw this time around. SORRY!

I cannot believe the VSC is soo slow. The processing times are even going backwards!? I checked last week and it said they are processing Feb 2nd and then a few days later they were processing Jan 30th... At CSC we would probably get our approval any day now.... =(

Its concerning to see that there are still January filers who have no NOA2 yet....
