hard to say.

if you fill out your timeline over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=136728

perhaps others can make some pointed response back to you.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

hi there, i'm worried about my aos cus it's already 11 months without greencard, i came here thru k1 visa, do you think my papers are lost? :(

Have you had your biometrics appointment at your local USCIS office?

Did you apply for and receive your employment authorisation card?

Did you get a notification that your case was transferred to California Service Center?

11 months is too long even if your case was transferred to California. You should contact your representative for help

OK, so it's very unlikely they lost your file. When the files get transferred to CSC they can take a very long time. Mine just got approved after 8.5 months. However yours has taken a lot longer. You can try calling USCIS information line to ask for a service request. However I think your best bet at this stage is to contact your senator's office for help. This is usually more effective than a service request, especially since your case is well outside normal processing times. Good luck.

Did she actually submit a service request for you? She would have given you a receipt number if she had.

Regardless, if I were you I would contact the senator right now and not wait 15 days. They will get much faster results.
