unfortunately.. you are unable to initiate a permanent process for them. they can see temporary status

Sorry, you cannot petition them to 'stay' in the US. You can only help them apply (on their own) for a non-immigrant visa such as a tourist visa. But they cannot stay

The details are simple. You cant bring them nor sponsor them. They can apply for tourist visas but they do that on their own. They will find its very difficult to be granted a such a visa.

Get GC

Get USC ( + 3 years )

Sponsor your sibling that is the nieces parent ( + 10 to +23 years )

Sibling sponsors their probably adult child as LPR ( child/niece must be sibgle) ( +8- 10 years )

For the PHILIPPINES the wait is 3+23+10 so you can get the niece here in 36 years if she stays unmarried

You can't adopt someone for immigration purposes. Unless the child is an orphan, chances are they won't be getting a visa through adoption.

The niece can come to visit on a tourist visa, or try to get a student visa. If they have a degree, they can try to get a work visa. Otherwise, as said, you can become a USC, petition your sibling, and then they can petition their child. Being from the Philippines, you're looking 30+ years total, unless the niece is still under 21 when the visa for your sibling is adjudicated. Given the long wait times for a sibling from the Philippines, that would probably only be possible if the niece is a baby now AND if the visa wait becomes faster.

Cant they be adopted if they R under 18 yrs and U want them to become your own children since they your

only/close relatives, seem like U could is the only way.

if you live in a state where first cousin marriage is allowed, then make sure the cousin in the usa is a usa citizen.

If you have a child in your home, you may use au pair....it is possible to adjust status but the have to go through a sponsoring organization and the visa route is J-1
