Question 25. Federal Income Tax - When it ask for Total Income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) I ordered transcripts and the gross income shows total with Spouse. Should I enter this total showing both spouse and myself or should I just entered the total for what I actually made for the year?

Also would like to know what documents I need to send with the I-864? Any other advice would be great

The I-864 represents an individual's ability to sponsor an immigrant. Incomes listed are for the sponsor only. Use W2's/1099's along with the transcript / tax return to show the sponsor's income for past years.

Refer to the I-864 instructions. They contain a lot of great information. The I-864 FAQ link in my signature below may also be helpful.
