I've revised my list based on everyones suggestions above... I think it's beefed up quite a bit :):yes:

I also highlighted the utility/rent payments and payroll direct deposits on all of the bank statements

1. Photocopy of Steven’s green card .

2. Two affidavits by U.S. citizen relatives, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

3. Copy of our 2010/2011 Joint income tax returns (form 1040) showing joint filing

4. Photocopy of driver license’s with joint address

5. Photocopy of Medical/Dental Certificate of Coverage showing joint coverage on my company health/dental plan

6. Employment Confirmation statement from 2011 listing Joint payroll deductions for Medical/Dental /Vision/Supplemental Life insurance coverage

7. Print out of my Work Profile listing Steven as Emergency Contact

8. Photocopy of Renters Insurance Declaration listing both of us on a shared policy

9. Photocopy Automobile Insurance Declaration showing both of us on a shared policy

10. Photocopy of Fidelity Beneficiary Summary showing Steven is the sole named beneficiary for my 401k,individual and brokerage accounts

11. Joint Credit Union Checking & Savings statements from 1/2011-6/2012

12. Dental bills reflecting joint responsibility from 2010-2012

13. Copies of BJ Club Membership reflecting 2009-present

14. Photocopies of various cards from Birthdays, Anniversary & Holidays from both sets of in laws
