did you send an e-mail and also send it via mail ? both?

my sent it in email.

BUT i called just now and the operator is saying they don't have the DS-3032 and the AOS documents... I am now like "F!!!!" I requested to speak to the supervisor, but they just took my number down. I don't trust that they would ever return my call. So I am calling again.

Hi All,

It has been seven business day since my husband sent in the DS3032 Choice of Agent email. We have yet to receive a reply. Should we be worried?

Mine was 11 business days. So maybe yours will be accepted next friday. Check beneficiary's email! :)

If you got that email today you will be invoiced late tonight or monday morning. Thats your acceptance email.

everything is so ambiguous with nvc.. i am doubting you because you are basing on unreliable data from the nvc.. sorry, i learn that the hard way when i call nvc 3-5 times a day and get different answers. but for the most part, it is all pointing to "please give us 20 business days" or actually 1 month to review the name and address on your ds-3032.. i mean really? things like that should have been just easily automated on a online portal. but noo.. incompetent management wants to screw everyone over.

I know that we are all anxious to see our loved ones. I certainly am, no question about it. However, I wonder if we are the cause of our own problems sometimes. I can't imagine that us flooding the phone lines 3-5 times per day allows NVC staff to be productive. I think if one calls once a day and gets a response, there's perhaps no need calling again for that day trying to find the answer we want and not what they give. While I do understand that there are some urgent cases that need an appropriate and immediate response, I'm concerned that over calling is one part of the backlog.

Honestly, what I get sick of is our case being pushed to the back. We started our case way before most people at this stage. You think we would have some sort of priority, it would only be fair. At every single stage there is some (made up) reason why ours is slow or behind everyone else. Most of the time it's just employee error or employees not caring. You learn to never trust a word of advice these people give you.

it is a call center and do not work in the back office. whether you call or not, it has no effect on the back office and staff has been allocated just for call center. if you call in every day, it would just log in your last call date to keep your case alive at nvc.

Looks like the are moving. I received a response to the DS-3032 email I sent on the 10th.

it is hard to believe that i had to talk to a supervisor to get the ds-3032 into the system. my ds-3032 was actually in the limbo because the email from nvc admitted they have the ds-3032 and the operator from nvc says they do not have it. wow!

Ours took 10 business days as well and was accepted on a Friday. We were invoiced on Monday at around 5pm. So hopefully by this coming Monday, you'll be one step closer.

Everytime I called for the same question I got diffirent answers,I don't know who to listen to.wired.

I'm hoping for some good news this week, I'm planning to call NVC to ask if my AOS package has been accepted and hopefully the IV fee is invoiced this week so I can pay it !.. :yes::whistle:

Finally received email about acceptance of choice of email. :dance:

It took 11 business days. Based on what I am reading on this forum that now 10-12 business days seem to be the average time after you have mailed it in.

Petitioner LPR upgraded to USC June 22, 2012
August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)
