Same here. I sent the DS3032 on July 3 via email. No response still. I am getting worried too =( I am planning on calling NVC but I have a friend that just got their AOS and IV bill today, our timeline are pretty much closer so I need to wait for a couple days more.

I e-mailed ours on July 3rd also with no response yet. I am going to wait a few more days, then I may just mail it to them. Who knows how backlogged that e-mail address is. I e-mailed NVCresearch on June 27th and got a response from NVCinquiry(not sure why, maybe they are trying to balance the load?) on July 13th. By the time they responded I had long resolved the issue. That shows that it is currently taking them about 2.5-3 weeks to reply.

Have you guys tried checking the beneficiary's email since that willbe the email where the DS-3032 acceptance will be at. I sent my DS-3032 on July 5th and they accepteded on July 16 and my IV bill was invoiced July 17. Keep checking the beneficiary's email.

Have you guys tried checking the beneficiary's email since that willbe the email where the DS-3032 acceptance will be at. I sent my DS-3032 on July 5th and they accepteded on July 16 and my IV bill was invoiced July 17. Keep checking the beneficiary's email.

My husband finally received an acceptance July 13. I thought it was odd that I was not copied on the mail since I am now the agent. Anywho, the most important thing is it's been received, IV invoiced and paid. All I have to do now is mail everything off.

I was getting worried. But now I see that many of us are wondering about the acceptance of the DS-3032 :crying: I thought that it would have taken about 3 days once you have emailed it. Well what can we do but wait although it is not easy on us. We want to get moving!! :unsure:

August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

We just decided to mail ours after lack of reply's from the NVC e-mail. They must have looked at it twice without replying, and decided for whatever reason not to accept it. Makes me a bit upset that we have more wasted time, but nothing you can do. Other people seem to have been sending their 3032 in recently(by e-mail) and getting it accepted within a week or so. It's best to just do it by mail so you know they have it and it's in some sort of order that they have to acknowledge at some point.
