You emailed the Nairobi Embassy? If so, they will respond...sometimes it just takes a while. You can try correcting the forms, scanning them, and sending them a PDF, but I'm not sure if they'll accept it.

Try emailing them again, and good luck.

What is KCC? Do you mean the CSC Visa Information Service? I have no idea how the Diversity Lottery works, or what the procedures are...so I'm not sure what to tell you to do. There is a call center (http://usvisa-info.com/en-KE/selfservice/ss_country_welcome), you could try contacting them, but again, I don't know what the procedures are for this type of visa.

It's Jill who has been responding to you... :star:

OK, I wasn't sure what KCC was and like I said, I'm not aware of the procedures for the Diversity Lottery. Yes, I would call them as soon as you can. Kentucky is 7 hours behind Kenya time, so for example, if you call them at 5 p.m. your time...it would be 10 a.m. in the morning in Kentucky. Good luck with everything and I really hope you get everything in order

If you have corrected the error you may not hear from them until when your number is current. Keep track of the visa bulletin. Not a lot happens until then

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
