First time I came to Wisconsin, I got shacked up over the winter and I felt totally imprisoned

It been lovely in Eastern Washington the last 4 years and I am not looking fwd to next winter in Wisconsin

I went to Niagara Wisconsin on Business one time. Coldest place I have ever been.

That is a couple hours south of me! It is warmer in the winter here though due to 'lake effect'. I lived in Grand Forks some years ago and they used to joke about the cold weather, "it keeps the riff-raff out"!
