Hi, all, I need a quick information. My husband is trying to fill out AOS and I found out they have I-864 and I-864EZ?? Whats the difference and which my husband should fill out? According to NVC website, if I-i30 petitioner and only 1 person who are sponsoring should fill out I-864EZ? Im I right?

And we are not on electronic process so we need to send them by the mail not email, right?

You can file I-864EZ only if all three of the following are true:

1. You filed a Form I-130 petition, for your relative

2. There is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition, and

3. All your qualifying income comes from a salary or pension and shows on one or more W-2 Forms that you receive

I did file I-864EZ for my wife. "Attention" field is not correct. Use the address mentioned on AOS receipt cover sheet which gets generated immediately after you make payment on their website.

The three questions above are the key. The petitioner should read them carefully and ONLY if the answer to each of them is yes, can they use the EZ version of the form. Hint: If self employed, use the I-864.
