I guess I haven't posted in this thread yet, but with all the action seen lately, thought I'd pop in.

Just received her EAD on Friday, but we don't have an interview date yet, and our I-485 still says: "On August 16, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location."

Obviously, the RFE (see signature block for details and link) has slowed us down, but we can't complain as overall, it's been pretty quick. Our entire K1 process took 46 days from K1 NOA receipt to when she picked her visa up. The AOS has been right with everyone else's so the expidite worked with the K1 but not the AOS.

Looks like most of the July AOS (famility based) are all starting to receive their EAD/AP cards now. Do any of you have interviews scheduled?

From K1 submission to US Citizenship- 2 years, 1 month and 2 days!

Dumb question, I know, but on which document would it say if you were VSC or CSC? or where it was transfered? thx.

I have started a poll regarding K1 AOS transferred to CSC poll <-----click

Could anyone who are K1 and filed AOS that was transferred to CSC please participate? Hopefully this will give us some insight into the processing times...

Thanks

p.s. please spread the word to other fellow K1 AOS'ers
