For all the iphone owners, I found an USCIS APP, where you can check your status everytime you want...very helpfull!!! I dont know if it works for other types of cellphones....

July 13, 2012: NOA received via email & text

July 16, 2012: Checked cashed

July 19, 2012: Received hard copy Form I-797C in the mail

July 21, 2012: Biometrics letter arrived by mail

July 31, 2012: AOS trransferred to CSC

Aug. 07, 2012: Biometrics completed

Hello! I am also a July filer! =)

I was looking at timelines and Im impressed at how fast processing is going!

Which is awesome! :-)

Now, I wonder why it is taking so long in my case to get either the EAD approval or an interview letter?! :-(I've been so anxious, I cant even sleep right! =(

My AOS:

Jul. 17, 2012: Sent package

Aug. 28, 2012: Did Biometrics

Oct. 03, 2012: Received interview appt. for Nov. 7, 2012

Oct. 04, 2012: EAD in production notification received!!

Oct. 13, 2012: Received EAD in the mail!

Nov. 07, 2012: Interview day!! Was approved on the spot!!! 5 minutes! :)

Nov. 17, 2012: Received Green Card!!!! :D

My ROC:

08/25/14: Sent package

09/12/14: Did biometrics

05/20/15: Interview notice for 06/23/15

06/23/15: Interview approved

07/01/15: Received 10 yr green card

My N-400:

08/07/15: Sent package

09/08/15: Biometrics taken

We had biometrics 8/14 and nothing yet. Case was never transferred either. I'm beginning to worry.

8.27.14- Check cleared

8.29.14- Received NOA1 dated 8/25

9.8.14- Recived biometrics notice

9.19.14- Biometrics appointment @ 9AM

Had biometrics... got an RFE to send in more forms (for me.. more tax info from previous year) and to have a joint sponsor, even though I make enough NOW and had proof... anyways. Got all the info for my dad, sent it in.. we just got another text about ANOTHER rfe. :unsure: I checked over everything multiple times... we weren't missing anything so I have no idea what this is about now. Hubby is going stir crazy stuck at home not being able to work.

I am sorry you have to keep going through this. RFE is a pain two RFE is just torture. I hope you can get it all figured out soon and get approved.

We had biometrics 8/14 and nothing yet. Case was never transferred either. I'm beginning to worry.

We have the same date of biometrics. When I checked in USCIS website status last 9/14 EAD card is in Production and AP is Post/Decision. However until now I have not receive it in mail. I'm hoping I will get it this week.
