have you tried to login to the payment portal using NVC# and IIN? What does it say in AOS invoice row?

You don't need to wait for NVC to send you DS-3032 email, you can send it from beneficiary's email address immediately after they issue NVC# to you.

Usually AOS and DS-3032 auto generated emails come after 1 to 5 days. Keep calling NVC everyday.

Thanks, just called NVC and was told to wait.

I didn't send the 3032 email yet as I read that for Guangzhou china many people here send the OPTIN email with 3032 attached, after the AOS invoice. So I am debating, maybe I should just wait, instead of emailing the 3032 alone?

no no .

he's wanting to do EP at NVC, and in order for that to work properly, he has to OPT IN after the AOS fee bill arrives in his email inbox.

What you've described works for other posts, but not for Guangzhou.

Sorry.

can I help with your debate?

here's what ya do, each day.

Call up NVC, ask for the AOS Fee Bill to be sent to yer email address.

Once it hits yer email inbox, pull the trigger - OPT IN.

Good Luck !

sorry, for casefiles headed to GuZ IV, what you've described jams up the works for OPTING IN to Electronic Processing at NVC.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
