PCC Online Appointment

This is regarding the Online PCC Appointment that one has to get before can go and get the Police clearance certificate.

According the the process, it seems that the online submission is only accepted exactly at 4:00 PM IST. Even a second of delay, gives a message 'There are no available slots for today, please try again tomorrow after 4pm'.

Even if we manage to get to see the slot, after getting to see the available dates, we need to select time slots. Unfortunately, an early morning time slot was selected and the server had become so slow, given the case, that so many people try to login and get appointments, the page refresed and got a message 'this time slot has already been selected by another candidate'. After that, could not try again that day, as the slots were booked already.

Any thoughts what time slot is generally the best time to select?

My conceren is, if somehow, do not get the online appointment, is there a way, where can submit the application manually? I know it can be a hassle, but just in case, do not get an online appointment?

Any ideas?

Call customer care if any PSK in your city can allow to go for PCC without appointment. Some PSK center do allow that for PCC. Just mention your urgency to obtain your PCC.
