Good morning or evening

I have two questions please answers. I am finishing the packet to mail out later today.

1. Do I need to go back five years to July 2007 to Present or should I go back to Jan. 2007 Present for employment?

2. Question 18 on Part 2, Do I need to type an attachment and sign and date it? Because I just typed it in the space provided, just like this

Rupert and I met online on facebook.com in May 2010. We continue to communicate over the telephone, yahoo messenger and on facebook's private chats. I went to Linden, Guyana to meet him and stayed with my Fiance and his family on December 11, 2011 and return on December 18,2011. From there on we still communicate over the telephone, yahoo messenger and facebook.

Thank you

Greetings!

1. You only need to go back 5 years from July 2012 (or whichever month you are filing). If you file in July, list the employment back to July 2007.

2. What you have written is fine. As long as it specifies the date/s you met in person and where you were at. The box is intended for this. Some people have a need to write more so they attach a sheet to expand more on what they want to write. Either way is fine. If all you need is the space given on the form, that will be fine.
