USC living abroad with non USC parents

I am a USC by birth and living abroad with my parents since after birth, turned 21 years now and wants to go and stay in USA with my parents .

how can can i petion for them from abroad , where, and what are the requirements.

any help is highly appreciated.

thank you kelly.

i went thru the guides but did not find any thing simillar to my case , i am american by birth but never lived there.

now i am 21 and finished my university degree and want to go over there with my parents,

Read the Guides.

You'll file separate I-130s for your parents.

You'll need proof that you have a US domicile (legal permanent resident) or will establish one by the time your parents immigrate to the US.

You'll also need to meet the income requirement to petition your parents. The income must be current and continue after you get to the US. You'll need to make at least $23,864. If you currently do not earn this or your income will not continue after coming to the US, then you will need a Joint Sponsor. The Joint Sponsor must be at least age 18 and be a US citizen or LPR.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
