Hi i am using a co sponsor for my k1 visa. I know its a hard try since Manila consulate do never accept co sponsorships. i just wanna ask the documents needed by hte co sponsor? like ITR?

The joint sponsor would complete an I-134 and include all required documents.

by the way, does te cosponsor have to be living with the petitioner and beneficiary? my case is like my fiance has siblings in the US. 2 of them are nurses. we're planning to use his brother who lives in Cali and is the one who earns good but we are going to live in chicago where his mom lives. we are going to live with his mom but apparently his mom cant qualify as a co sponsor since she is already receiving her pension. am i correct with that thought or we can use his mom instead? appreciate your reply fellow VJ!

You can use anyone who is a US citizen or greencard holder and is resident in the USA. They need not live in the same state or even be family, though USEM prefers family.

when there is a co-sponsor I've read both the petitioner and the co-sponsor need to fill out the paperwork. Does that mean one form each and signed by each person?

Correct, each sponsor completes and signs their own affidavit of support.

another question regarding co sponsorship, can both siblings use the same co sponsor? cause its happened that my fiance and his sister are both using their brother who is the one who earns good.

Yes, a USC or greencard holder can sponsor as many immigrants as his/ her income allows.

Yes, the petitioner is always the primary sponsor even if they have no income at all, and will still need to provide everything.
