My fiancee went to St Lukes for her medical yesterday and was referred to get a psychological evaluation because of her annulment with her ex. Does anyone here have similar experiences and how bad of a setback is this?

THERES NOTHING TO WORRY WITH THE PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION THE DOCTOR IS VERY NICE . . NO SETBACK ON YOU MEDICAL RESULT . . I HAVE GONE THRU WITH THIS PROCESS AND MY VISA IS APPROVED ALREADY WAITING FOE 2GO TO DELIVER MY PASSPORT .. GOD BLESS

Go with what Marissa just said. From what I've heard, the evaluation is nothing to worry about. Just another hoop you have to jump through.

Thanks Marissa. How much longer did it take you for everything to be done? What did they make you do when you found out? Their interview is on the 18th which is next week so I guess my real question is should I cancel and reschedule it for them? Thanks so much for the insight.

There's no need to cancel the interview. Even if St. Lukes didn't have her medical results in time for her interview, they would be submitted to the Embassy shortly after her interview. No worries.

The only setbacks are the Php1000 psych evaluation fee and a half hour (or less) of her time talking to the psych doctor.

For sure don't cancel your interview. The evaluation is just a game St. Luke's plays when they see someone has an annulment..
