Hey Everyone....

My fiance and I are getting ready to send off his AOS and Im a bit stuck on Line 11 of form I-765....

He was here on a J-1 visa, do I check "yes" for having had EAD before OR "no"?

The J-1 doesnt require an EAD, and the DS-2019 serves the purpose. HELP!! I have all his J-1 documents, but not sure what to put on this I-765 for his AOS.
