My Fiancee Doesn't Have This Information... Now What?

Hello,

For the packet 3 forms that we need to submit real soon, my Fiancee tells me she doesn't remember the schools, their exact location, or the exact dates regarding the different schools she went to (for the DS-230 part 1 form)...

Who does, I don't remember the dates or names of things that I did 20 years ago.

What should I do? How should I complete the Form DS-230 part 1 form without this info, or is their a way to get it?

Does she remember the names of the schools? Most people can recall that information. If so, I would do a Google search of the school name and the area to see if it rings any bells. If not, I might try, "[type of school] schools in [city]" and go from there. As far as exact dates go, I would just be as accurate as possible - if she remembers month/year, I would write that. If it's only the year, write that.
