Court Certified Arrest Record for Previous Deportation?

My husband and I are working on his Green Card application (based on K-1 visa entrance to US), and have his interview scheduled for later this month. We received a slip of paper that says that we must bring "an original court-certified copy of the complete arrest record, AND/OR disposition for each incident (e.g. dismissal order, conviction record or acquittal order)." While my husband has never committed a crime in the United States, he WAS arrested in 2006 for crossing into the country illegally. He was sentenced to deportation, and was deported one month later. Five years later, I brought him to the US on a K-1 visa, and we are now married. We have the entire record of his previous deportation since we filed for the Freedom of Information Act and got it released to us, however it is not "court-certified". DO I NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET A COURT-CERTIFIED RECORD? I have tried calling several agencies, both where the arrest took place (in TX) and where we live now (in CO) to see if they can locate his record with his name, or take fingerprints and scan them to bring up his history, however, no one seems to be able to help. Does anyone know if the Alien File (released to us via the Freedom of Information Act) will be enough to appease the interviewers?

We are very, very grateful for any wisdom or insights anyone can provide. THANK YOU!!!!
