France Police Clearance

Hey all, I am trying to get papers together for the next round. I am wondering, is the Police Clearance just the "casier judiciaire" bulletin n*3 that lists the most serious offenses (if applicable)? Or, is it something more specific? I am confused because the bulletin 1, bulletin 2 and bulletin 3 contain different information according to their website: http://www.vos-droits.justice.gouv.fr/casier-judiciaire-11942/casier-judiciaire-contenu-de-casier-20250.html

Also, my husband lived in Tunisia from the ages of 16-18, then age of 18 to present in France. Should he also request a Police Certificate from the Tunisian Consulate?

Bulletin 3 is enough but it will need to be less than3 mth old when submitted at the embassy.

He will also need to provide a police record from tunisia if he has lived there in the last 10 years.
