Another I-864 question...

Another question regarding the I-864.

We have completed the FIL's I-864 as Joint Sponsor. I have finished my wife's as Main Sponsor. She has no income so I've included the following in an attachment:

Q.25 Federal income tax return information.

I did not file Federal income tax returns with the IRS in 2009, 2010 and 2011 because of zero income due to being a stay-at-home mother.

With that in mind, how do we answer Q.25? Do we mark either of the boxes? or do we write in hand 'see attachment' or something similar?

Thanks, just a little worried that there isn't really any space to put that other than to write directly onto the page.

Another question:

If my FIL, our joint sponsor, is providing his IRS returns for the current year, does we also need a letter from his employer and pay stubs to add in?

Yes.

we attached a letter explaining that sponsor was not required to file by irs specifications. we also obtained irs transcripts anyways which read something like "we have no record of a return for this year"
