i am not sure how long it would take to send there, I just sent a postcard from Amman to WA and it took roughly 12 days. regular mail. So Im assuming it shouldnt be as stretched going the other way, one would think.

I would never use the post office. Does FedEx or DHL ship to Jordan? I would think they do. It's expensive, but you can track it, and for sure it will arrive.

[/quo

i can track the registered mail too,it show that left new-york on the 21st,i payed 32 dollars, really strange

true, i just got some info shipped from my fiancee, and he sent it via TNT and UPS took it once it came to the states. but the tracking was difficult to follow once it hit the US. I was starting to get worried why the tracking was no longer showing the cities, so i called the company and gave the tracking and they were able to tell me where it was (delivered to my office the day before!), even tho the tracking didnt reflect clearly where it was. maybe call the postal carrier? and see where it is.

When I send mail to Jordan I do it express mail through the USPS and it gets there in 3 or 4 days. From the post office they hand it over to DHL. If you don't trust the USPS send it DHL directly I have always had success with both.

I would use Aramex which can be used via UPS from the USA to send important documents. My papers arrived to my husband in a matter of 2 days. And yes, DHL does have offices in Jordan. Good luck to you.
