No it wont, but be sure that you have plenty of time waiting for the NOA2, it takes a while to received..

Don't worry about the medical. St. Lukes won't give you any vaccinations which are contraindicated for pregnancy. You will still pass your medical.

No. Anything she needs she will get; Anything she needs but cannot have because she is pregnant she will get after (she will have a vaccination waiver).

The only way it would effect medical exam is if the pregnant applicant defers medical examination, including chest x-ray until delivery.

We are having the same experience (I wouldn't call it a problem). The only thing you will have to worry is TIME. There are many factors that will affect your visa process. You might run out of time and your baby might have to be delivered there then after he/she is born you will have to get passport for your baby but your visa should be the same except that you will have to get an extension for your visa. I don't remember the exact details but you can delay your visa interview for 4 months and if you have your visa already and you can't travel because your pregnancy or because the baby is too small you can wait up to six months to use your visa. You will have to verify the exact times this is just what I can remember from reading here in VJ.

The day my fiance sent the I-129F, the day i found out the im 8 weeks pregnant.

and I was 8 months preggy and took my medical at st. lukes last july 5-6 .. just did chest xray and 2 shots of vaccines.. i just signed the waiver. the doctor will just give you vaccines that will not harm the baby. so dont worry about that.
