Ive been checking the DHL website as our case was forwarded to the London Embassy on the 12th Oct, however there have been no shipments to the UK... Ive looked back as far as the 6th Oct and nothing for London...

Do you think that it is still with the NVC, or for some reason it has not been listed on the DHL site, as I have heard that this has happened before...

Sorry for harping on about this.. just at the final lap and want to cross the finish line !!..

Hope you are all well

God Bless !

I would call the NVC and ask them the date it was shipped or call up DHL directly because sometimes on line website is not a complete list since NVC codes the shipping references differently. The best thing is to call DHL and get the reference number first and then check on line.

I'd just call the NVC - I could'nt find any records of our petition via the DHL site.

NVC sent us a confirmation letter dated Sept 26th that said our petition would be forwarded within a week.

However after not hearing anything from London for some time, I called the NVC and it was actually sent to London 9/22.

Unfortunately for us our Packet 3 was lost but that's another story.

So I urge you to stay on top of it (use the 120p/min number to check your case is received and when packet 3 is sent)

Best of British!

You can type in Track by Reference

Reference: (Depends on Embassy)

I-730

EXPEDITE NIV SECTION (Maybe Non-Immigrant Visas)

EXPEDITE IV SECTION (Maybe Immigrant Visas)

CORRESPONDENCE

I added all the addresses above that Peter Miami had on his thread. I only had the one I used for my embassy.

Good luck.

Call NVC and speak with an operator live to find out on what date they forwarded your case to the Embassy/Consulate.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
