hi i just received my manila case number via phone and nvc email to me last week....and also they sent a letter yesterday at my fiance address that it was approved also...and it was already forwarded to manila embassy...

i just want to ask....if i can pay at this time so that i could sked my interview and medical...even if i still dont have the letter from embassy?....and i have also a 7 year old son he is included in the petition and has his own affidavit of support from my fiance and included in his name in 129f....i want to ask if my son need also to pay a visa fee $240 which is separate from me...i hope somebody here could share their exp..esp....with those kids involved in the petition process..thanks to all! hello.with regards to your application,if you have MNl case number you can pay your visa fee at bpi and you also have to pay a separate visa fee for your son.take care.

hi again!if you already have the MNL number,pay your visa fee at bpi then schedule your interview and go for medical.you don't need to schedule your medical at st.luke's extension clinic.it's a first come first serve basis there.ask your fiance to scan the letter containing your mnl number and send it you you via email.you have to pay a separate visa fee for your son.for the medical he also have to pay a separate fee.goodluck and take care.

After NOA2 AND YOU HAVE YOUR MNL # (don't need to wait for the letter from the embassy )

Once you have your MNL # you can take your passport and required visa fee (in Php) to BPI and pay your visa fee. The embassy website states that within 4 hours of paying at BPI you can schedule your interview appointment but most times it seems to take about 24 hours.

When scheduling online with the embassy you need to include the "XX" at the beginning of the passport number, your passport number IS your receipt number (normally).

Priorty Date; this is the date the NOA 1 was accepted.

Make sure to print two copies of the interview confirmation page as you will need one for St. Luke's and the other for the embassy.

The DS-156 can be difficult to complete sometimes, if you have issues try a different web browser. I had problems getting it to print with IE8, Chrome, Firefox, finally got it to print using Safari.

Required documents & "OTHER DOCUMENTS" they ask for at CFO: copies of; CENOMAR, certified birth certificate, bio page of passport, visa page from passport, pictures together, from USC - bio page of passport, birth certificate, divorce decree (if been married before) are the most common. The "other documents" clause can be ANYTHING with those nit-wits at CFO.

Yes you have to pay two payments from BPI. If you have MNL case number you can pay the visa for you and for your son visa at BPI, after paying the visa, you can schedule your medical as well as your interview..
