I would not do that. Everyone know that stealing is a grave offense in Islam. Stealing is a typical Christian crime, as is rape, homicide, battering, and many others, according to the line of thought you propose. Check out the roster of crimes perpetrated by Christians in Britain and see how they stack.

I contend however it you be in line with western hypocrisy to paint all crimes in a Muslim country with a broad brush, as much as it would to do so in a Christian country.

That a Muslim father can reconcile killing his daughter and his religion is as repulsive as a Christian father molesting his daughter and going to church on Sundays.

It would be hypocritical to condemn one and not the other. That is the point I am making.

These individuals who killed this woman did not do so in the name of god, so much as they killed her to silence her. It is non different than the murder of a rape victim in civilized Yorkshire.

Religion is not a factor, except for those who want to make it a factor. That is why I have been pointing out crimes which are typical in Christian societies.

That some commit crimes and claim to do so in the name of god, it does not mean that god actually vetted it. In fact, if you consider that Muslims, Jews and Christians worship the one and same god of Abraham, you would know that it is all a misinterpretation of scripture.
