The question is whether it would be acceptable to us to be judged by them?

answer is no

If a State of child molesters (Did I say Mississippi) were to try and impose its 'age of consent' on Wisconsin, that would be totally unacceptable

I heard of a State which had black only buses, have an outside authority come in with soldiers to stop it

They didn't like it, but it was the right thing to do

Kosova set the precedent for humanitarian intervention

lets do more

Actually Kosovo was just a way to weaken a powerful Soviet satellite, but I chose to go with the cover story

In that case we should refrain from doing the same to them.

Wrong conclusion - they would do it to us if they could. Us not doing it to them will not change that

Not stopping the child molester next door on the grounds of it's not our business, does not make our child safe from him

We impose our values on people walking around in the park naked

..and then let the same guy stone women to death once her moves a few miles away into another country

Intervention is the way of the future and is fully justified.

The Brits stopped widow burning in India - should we reverse that intervention ?

Since you can't count, I fixed the list for ya.

Bravo. You stepped up to the plate. :) I can only guess what the human rights records are in a few of those countries but that wasn't the question I asked so no going there right now.

Yes as a matter of fact we can. Unless someone hasn't seen any seen any vids and/or pics of women over there getting stoned to death, shot to death, having body parts cut off or acid thrown in their face for as little as wearing the wrong clothes up to adultery you bet we can. Even worse is they have taken that looney ####### over here and done it. From the UK to the USA to Canada.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

and they show it on the 6pm news on telly

the doctor cuts the guy's hands off !

We should form a volunteer International Brigade under the UN to go into these countries and throw their neanderthal leaders out and then re-educate the masses on how to behave

Offenders to be buried up to their necks in sand and while we play vanilla ice cd's at them 24/7

See how they like excruciating pain

This thread is gonna get my fired. I'm sitting here laughing my a$$ off.

I know it's a serious matter, but some of the stuff on this thread is hilarious.

It's only just getting going and seeing as I haven't "insulted America" yet, it might not attract the VJ tri-cornered hat militia which is always a shut down event

In fact, I think I have joined em on this thread !

Even Sofiyya has changed her flag to Israeli so you can tell how hot it is. I think she is plotting to change the name of the gaza-strip to "Israel" and taking out copy-write on the name before the Tel Aviv lads catch on

She should let the Teheran boys know so they don't send any whizz-bangs that way

She can't have been very good looking or they would have agreed to alternate weekends with her.

There is that pragmatic western attitude again

Better a real doll with 20 speeding tickets than a woofer with 5

Unless the real doll was pulled over by a female cop all those times, you would think she would have gotten herself out of most of those tickets one way or another.
