should I wait or should I send out my packet 3

So the consulate has got my case for a while now (10days). Everytime I called the DOS, the response has always been no interview has been scheduled ( of course not, i havent sent out my packet3 yet. No actions have been taken.) Until 2 days ago, the lady told me that my packet 3 was sent out in Jan. Please notice that my petition was approved in May. On thursday, I received a letter from consulate asking to to provide my proof of citizenship and I have mailed it out already.

So should i try my lucky to mail out my packet 3 or should I wait for the consulate to reply to my questions? ( I have sent an email and they are going to reply it in 2wks+). At this stage it is just useless to call DOS as they kept telling me my packet 3 was sent out on the 1st of Jan...

(I know I have posted thousands of questions these couple weeks and some seems rather stupid ;-) sorry about that)

Any advice is appreciated,

Jan,2008 we met each other for the first time
March 11,2010, I flew to Dallas to visit him. We started dating.
September, 2011, we made the most stupid mistake we could have, sending out packet I-129 application without putting in a single page of supporting document.
January 12,2012, we received our declined petition letter after 5 months :-(
January 20, 2012, I flew to Dallas to prepare the packet and sent out the fiance petition
January 23, 2012, we received our noa1
May 30,2012, we received our noa2
June 13,2012, Our case was forwarded to Montreal
July 4,2012, I received RFE
July 5, 2012, I sent out RFE
July 9,2012, Montreal received my RFE
July 16,2012, I sent out my Packet 3 (I did not call Montreal to confirm if they have sent out my Packet 3)
July 25,2012, I received my Packet 4 in email
September 4,2012 at 9:10 am, visa approved !!!
September 6,2012, Visa in hand
November 17,2012, POE in Chicago
February 09,2013, Wedding

March 16,2013, AOS package sent out

March 22,2013,NOA received.

January 31, 2014, Card production

Hi Friend!

Do you mean the 1st of JULY or 1st of January? You said January twice so I was just making sure?

I'd try to send it in. Its not going to hurt anything if you already have the package assembled and ready to go. Especially if they have already sent out Package 3 to you. I'd go ahead and send it.

Please private message me and let me know when your interview is too! We are waiting for our NOA2 to go through Montreal and I'm just curious how long they will take to schedule interviews! Best of luck my fellow Canadian/US friend!

Ok but when did you actually even send in your petition? She had to have meant June or July. I looked at your timeline and you didn't even petition until end of January right?

Someone isn't giving you right information either way. If you STILL haven't had an interview and it was in January....somethings NOT right. I'd be asking questions and to speak to a supervisor next time you call.

DOS cannot change any data from it. ONLY montreal can...And the only way to contact them is via e-mail :-( I know everything is wrong there!!!

People get emails during this process 7 days a week, being a Sunday is not unusual.

Oh really? I don't know they also work on weekends there...That would be awesome to know they have sent my package on Canada day ;-)
