who would I call to try and get straight info on what to do, regarding my son (age 18) who is wanting to move back to Canada where he is a citizen and is here in USA on CR2 and I have just applied for removal on Condition and we got our Biometrics appt on July 18 2012, he is currently in Canada checking out universities and now has told me he wants to live there and has no plans on moving back to USA, so what would be his next step and would it affect my green card in anyway, being young and not thinking of future, not sure on what to do is there anyways to hold a 10 year GC and live in Canada and have benefits of a Canadian such as health care, education, jobs, paying Canadian taxes and so forth,

any help would be appreciated or a number on who I would call to ask

as I live in Texas, not sure where I could go to ask this info and get a real ANswer, I asked a Immigration lawayer who kinda gave me a shotty answer and said " oh no problem as long as he crosses border ever 6 months he dont need any special papers or permits or visa to go back to Canada and can still hold green card, so just let him go and cross back for day trips before 6 month deadline" THIS DOES NOT SEEM RIGHT OR THAT EASY

This is very stressful (almost as much as it was to get in USA) and confusing

thank you,

SMURFIN AWESOME!!!!
