What did they (USCIS I assume) ask for? Usually it is best to send exactly what they ask you for, no more.

Welcome to the forum.

Please provide specific information/details about the RFE. This is necessary in order for forum members to give you focused replies/opinion.

I sent in photos of my husband and I during my time in Morocco, as well as photos of me with his family, and friends. I also sent in my phone records showing that I call him everyday, and some bits and pieces of chat transcripts. No RFE's for us.

What evidence did you submit? I submitted photos, travel invoices, chat logs, email, phone bills, letters, etc. if you have those, that should suffice. In the meantime, you should also begin to collect more evidence. If your application goes so far as they grant you an interview, at the time of the interview, you will need to submit more evidence. If you travel to Cuba before then, make sure you take a ton of photos to document your trip. Good luck!

This is for an I-129F petition though. You have to send in proof of meeting in person within the last 2 years prior to filing. Photos and phone records are not primary evidence of meeting face-to-face.

Important to think through your 'story' about how you travelled to Cuba as until very recently most Americans without close relatives in Cuba were not permitted to travel there (and even now only through for approved purposes or through an educational institution).

My 129F application in 1999 did get as far as Havana before it was withdrawn, so I don't know if there will be questions asked at the interview about authority to travel, but if there are it is important that both stories match.
