Yes it did.

an educated and thoughtful person doesn't denigrate an entire region of a country. To me that seems ignorant.

If you weren't offended you would have laughed, like I did.

I see a guy on the street corner begging for something in ever corner through out my town. They are in groups sometimes it a guy and a girl too and trying to hitch a ride on the freeway.

She needs a ride Eric.

You left out misogynist. Someone with a UK or Canadian flag will tell me I'm a misogynist and that the only reason I would give that poor girl ride is because I see her as a sexual object for my own personal gratification and no other reason.
