Help! Weird message on NVC payment site

A few days ago (when I was in the states), I was able to sign on the invoice page with my case number and invoice number but it told me that I couldn't pay because it hadn't been invoiced. But when I checked yesterday (from the DR) it would not even let me into the site. It says the site cannot process my payment at this time and to contact the NVC if I have any questions. Its been a week since they gave me the new case number, invoice number, and beneficiary number. We sent the change of agent paper via email from My husband's email so he will receive all her papers. We haven't heard anything. no word on paying the fees or submitting the DS 230. Should I be worried? I know everything takes time, it took almost a month for the NVC to recieve our packet from USCIS but three days later they had assigned a new case number. I thought it speeded up from that point. I am trying not to worry. We are out of the country visiting for a month and its hard to call the NVC but maybe I'll just have to do that. I don't want to slow down the process because I miss something being down here.

If you're getting an error message when trying to sign into the payment portal, that's a good sign. It means NVC is working on your case and when you're able to log in next, the AOS bill should be invoiced.

Yes, that is what it looks like. It has this same message today too. Today is the 6th business day since I got our NVC case number along with the INN. We sent the DS 3032 4 business days ago. Hope it starts moving now??!

Not only did I pay but it's already showing paid. Waiting for my IV bill now. Going to mail everything together I think because am mailing from out of country and don't wanna pay twice. I read that was ok. Hope it is!

I am still to have my AOS bill invoiced. I see that everyone else's process is so fast, yet mine takes forever..

I called yesterday and they said that my info was put in on July 4th and that i had to wait 10 to 20 business day for them to invoice me a bill. Thats ridiculous!! And how was my case put in on the 4th i tought they didn't even work on holidays specially independence day.

And yes i read it was ok to send both packets at once. I peronally think thats better, es como matar dos pajaros con una bala.
