My friend will be filing for ROC on a waiver due to divorce. I searched the forums looking for anyone whom has shared IO actual questions from their interview. I was unable to find any. If anyone has any examples of questions they were asked when filing their I-751 after divorce, and by themselves, would you message me or share them on this post?

Her divorce will be final in 60 days and she will be filing I-751 with waiver, and wants to be prepared for possible questions during the interview.

There are many thread here about divorce and ROC. There is 1 thread that you can look at the stories of interviews: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/259288-i-751-waiver-filers-timeline/

I believe that you can also look at Forum Effect of Major Family changes. You have to click "US Visa Holder and Permanent Resident Immigration Discussion and choose Major Family Changes instead of Removing Conditions for this forum.

Your friend will need to file I-751 with the waiver of a bona fide marriage but ended with a divorce. It is in the form I-751. Submit all proofs like she files I-751 jointly with her husband, together with the finalised divorce decree. They may interview her if they feel that she doesn't submit enough proofs or they can send a Request for more Evidence (RFE) so it doesn't mean that all waivers will be interviewed. California center usually takes 5-8 months to process and Vermont center takes 8-12 months so if she files to Vermont center, she'd better be prepared for a long wait.

Good luck :)!
