Hi Guys,

Anyone with an I130 in CSC got recently approved and NOA2 ?

What PD do you have? Please post it here.

I am looking for PDs with Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec 2011 to comment if they received NOA2 or not yet...

It seems CSC is really slowing down (playing a game to catch up with VCS's 1 year processing...)

I-130 are being approved quickly these days at California service center.

People who have filed in March of this year, 2012, are getting approved right now.

HUSBAND'S CASE

9/17/2011 - sent I-13

09/19/2011 - noa1 received

3/16/2012 - case sent to my local USCIS office for additional processing

4/21/2012 - AP. If we haven't heard from them in SIX MONTHS (omg) we can feel free to call them!!! Thanks!

9/20/2012 - Interview scheduled - October 3!!!!

10/3/2012 - Interview went well but she must look at his A-file more before decision.

10/12/2012 - I-130 APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

KIDS' CASES

04/20/2012: NOA107/20/2012: instead of an approval, we got thrown into AP. sigh

11/01/2012: Boys' I-130 interview set for November 28, 2012.

Yep things are moving-- I've got my NAO2 dated July 26, and my file date was April 24

cool...however I am an F2A filer, so for me it is not 2-3 months to get processed/approved like for you guys with K1 and other "fast-track" visas.

hi 'kazulie could you shed more light on your case? the boys interview on 11/01 how did it go, and what kinda questions you were asked at the local uscis interview.

Hi :) Our PD is nov 14, 2011. No NOA2 yet...My hubby is scheduled for Citizenship Oath Ceremony next week (yay!) We want to upgrade from F2A to CR1 but we're not really sure what's the email address for CSC to use :( I would really appreciate it if you can help me. I'm thinking that it should go faster after the upgrade and finally receive NOA2. Thank you :)

Yes, can anyone let me know who recently got a NOA2 or approved who filed as F2A. My wife rang the service center and the man on the phone was very rude and said it will take 3-4 years for me to move over. I have had family members who are LPR's and have brought over their spouses in under 18 months, as recent as 2012.
