What documents to be submitted with DS230

Hi All

Today I found out the case number has been allocated by NVC and the file has been forwarded to Sydney embassy. This was pretty cool considering the backlog at NVC, it took exact 1 month from issue of NOA2 to NVC issuing case number and forwarding the file to Sydney embassy.

My question is, after receiving packet 3 what documents are we supposed to forward along with form DS230. Does the police clearance and other documents have to be attached and sent with DS230 or do we have to only send DS230 immediately and other forms (DS156 & DS156K)and documents sent at a later date?

Is there any link or guidance issued by the embassy as what is sent at what point of time?

Thanks

If you have your documents together at the time of getting P3 then you can send them all at once. if you don't have everything then you can wait. Typically you send DS-230 first and then the rest of the documents when you get them together.

Here is the K1 link that you will be emailed for P3: http://canberra.usembassy.gov/fiance_niv_appl.html Point #3 has the DS-1076 that you return with P3, it's a checklist.

Good luck :)
